  1. I am trying to assisting a senior neighbor with his MAG box and having no luck on solutions from the IPTV service provider. The router was upgraded by the internet provider and since then the screen shows the channel guide but, no content. Are there any specific settings/ports that need to be modified to have content show?
In network settings, the internet is UP.
Nothing was changed on the MAG box when router was upgraded.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Model: MAG322W1

  2. Hello, i have MAG351 box. in the Server-Settings i have only :
“General” and “More” to choose. no Portals. where i have to put the IPTV command?

  3. Hi
I followed exactly these steps for watching live TV. Although the m3u list worked for VLC Media Player, the MAG254 Box didn’t play any TV channel. Just a black screen. LAN upnp enabled. Other network videos can be played.
